Saving lives, even small ones,
seems like no true crime,
but a chance for chances,
for possibilities to grow and thrive.
Loving people, even wrong ones,
is a service to mankind.
So it is that goodwill is multiplied,
and when day is gone
fewer people will have cried.
Saving lives, even young ones,
is grace exemplified.
So why is it that we condemn
when longer lives should be glorified?
Oh, life-lover, please save, and save again.
